Our Projects
Red Tailed Hawk Inclusive Playground
We are making a wish come true through the Make-a-Wish Foundation in designing and constructing an all-inclusive playground at the current Red-tailed Hawk Park, the first of its kind in Aurora. Through pledged donations from the Rotary Club of Aurora and a county grant, the city of Aurora will be able to build a playground that enables side-by-side play between able-bodied persons and those with disabilities.
The design incorporates play and learning experience including the use of sound, colors, smells, texture and light to stimulate sensory skills. The club raised over $263,000 for the park's construction.
