CSU Global
Andrew Dixon was our speaker this week from CSU Global.  Andrew is the Assistant Vice President of Marketing for CSU Global.  CSU Global is the first (and only) independent, regionally accredited fully online university in the nation.  Why is that important?  It provides a great opportunity for students to obtain a Bachelor's or Master's degree at their location.  Many students thrive in this environment particularly our military families and soldiers who are known to move regularly.  This type of format doesn't interrupt their ability to obtain a degree.  CSU Global is setup to serve all students as a full 4 year program.  The average age of their students is 35 years old working full time.  Another bonus is they are also part of the renowned Colorado State University System, which includes the flagship Colorado State University in Fort Collins and the Colorado State University-Pueblo campuses. Each of the three campuses are operationally separate with distinct missions, but are governed under the same CSU System Board of Governors. The ROI of a CSU Global education is that the student will receive  in higher 61% more in annual income over the median income after graduation.  CSU Global has met and exceeded its goal to create a digital learning environment that rivals the best traditional degree programs. At CSU Global, your virtual classroom is designed to offer the same learning opportunities you’ll find at brick-and-mortar colleges and universities — and more — on a schedule that fits your life.   The have roughly 16K students currently enrolled.
Partnerships
Colorado State University Global understands that organizations are constantly changing and evolving, which is why we take a long-term approach to meeting your needs. When you take advantage of our affiliate programs, we adapt our education programs to the unique needs of your organization and employees. What’s more, we work with you to continuously evolve our solutions, meeting your needs as they change. Andrew mentioned that CSU Global currently serves over 1,800 affiliate organizations, from government agencies to corporations large and small, offering their employees tuition benefits, relevant coursework, and a solid foundation of knowledge for employees to complete their bachelor’s degree, earn their master’s, or gain skills in career relevant areas at a discounted tuition rate.   CSU Global's  Aurora Partnerships are vibrant.  They will soon be relocating to their own campus. In the fall of 2019, CSU Global will relocate to 585 Salida Way, Aurora, CO 80011.    The following opportunties exist:

Community College of Aurora
Program to program articulation agreements are available for students to continue on to a bachelor’s degree program after earning an associate’s degree. A discount on undergraduate tuition rates is also available to students who have earned their associate’s degree from CCA within the past year.
