More Involvement—listen to the group, back to the board and follow-up

Announce members who resign, maintain connections-encourage leadership

Community involvement—make the opportunity easy

Local event support---Kids Spree

Interaction with other local clubs---how can we get to know other Rotarians?

Follow through with connections to organizations we support---CCA Tech lab—do the students know who we are

Stay involved

Pay attention to absenteeism…contact those members

Have exit interviews with those who resign

Pay attention to diversity of the group

Dedicate a page on the web site for a current project with contact information

More programs that are directly focused on the hobbies and interests of club members

Engage new members and focus on senior members

Request members to sit at different tables
